If it concerns order status it can be sent to our support area. The owner of the company, who is the main herbalist responsible for preparing our excellent product line is not in front of the computer but may be at the laboratory creating product, out of town on delivery, training health food store employees, or perhaps delivery product to a home or an elderly client, or attending additional education seminars or study.
If your query is "urgent" it can be taken by support or faxed to 303 316 3971 - please include your name and phone number, the best time that you can be reached at the number, and someone will respond within 24 -48 hours.
