1)   How do I take Ajebine™?   Shall I take it at any particular time?
Adults: 1 capsule twice a day (morning and evening) with water.   Children 12 and under: 1/2 capsule twice a day (morning and evening) with water.   Generally, twice a day, - at an interval of a good 6 hours - not necessarily at mealtimes.   However, people usually find it easier not to forget to take the product if taken at mealtime.

2)   How much Ajebine™ is recommended to notice a change in my health?
Most people find they get results after the first container of powder (a 2 month's supply).   Some people may require more.   Many individuals have healthful results within the first few weeks.   However, it is suggested to take the product until the container finished.

3)   Do I need to mix the powder in honey?
Traditional healers used it this way due to the medicinal affects of honey.   However, our directions call for 1/4 teaspoon for an adult 2 x per day in honey; but it is not necessary to take in honey and may be added to food or juice.   Note: a child's dose is 1/8 tsp., in a tolerated substance.   The 2.5 oz bottle will last an adult about 2 months and about 4 months for a child.

4)   Can it be taken with anything else other than honey?
Ajebine™ Powder may be mixed with sugarless jam, brown rice syrup, pure maple syrup, water or any beverage.   It can also be sprinkled into baby food.   Having a slight bitter taste you may want to mix it with a naturally sweeter substance.   If diabetic, it is advised to mix it with a low sugar carrier.   Ajebine™ is also avaiable as a capsule, ideal for those who cannot take the Powder mixed in honey.

5)   How far in advance of allergy season should I take Ajebine™?
Many allergy sufferers take Ajebine™ in the winter, and it has remained effective into the following allergy season.   Some have reported permanent relief from symptoms after taking it for one or two months.   Most individuals experience changes in their condition within the first two weeks, but it is best to take the capsules or powder until the bottle is finished.

6)   Are there any known drug interactions with Ajebine™ Powder?
As with any medication and herbal remedies, one should take these at different times and it is always best to consult with your health care practitioner.   These days with so many drugs on the market, and drug combinations being taken, that it is strictly your decision as to whether you will go ahead and use Ajebine™ while on your current medications.   If you experience any signs that an adverse reaction is happening to you when you take Ajebine™, you must stop immediately and consult your healthcare specialist, and inform us so that we can advise others of possible interactions.

10)   Is Ajebine™ really safe?   What tests have been done on it?
Funtumia Elastica has been microbiologically analyzed to clinically confirm that it is free form microbes such as Salmonella, E. Coli, Fecal Coliforms, and Fecal streptococci.   It has been inspected and/or tested by the Ministry of Food and Agriculture – Republic of Ghana and is certified to be free from pests and conforms to the current photosanitary requirements.

11)   May I give Ajebine™ (funtumia elastica) to a child?   Is it GFCF (gluten free casein free)?
Yes it is GFCF.   A child’s amount of Ajebine™ is half the amount of the adult dose.   For example, a child would take one Ajebine capsule per day if between the age of 3-12.   A capsule may be opened and put into plain organic yogurt, brown rice syrup, apple or pear sauce, or a non – offending food in the event that a child cannot swallow a capsule.   If using Ajebine™ Powder, ¼ tsp. may be used in a non-offending food.   Children over 12 may take the adult dose.
