Do you ship to my country?

Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country.

NOTE - Any items shipped to Canada from the United States (US) may be subject to Canadian duties and taxes (VAT), payable upon delivery via Canada Post or FedEx. The Value-Added Tax (VAT) – a tax on goods and services bought and delivered to Canada.

NOTE - The European Union (EU), a group of 27 countries including Germany and France PLUS the United Kingdom (UK), have implemented new trade rules for U.S. retailers beginning July 1, 2021. The EU and UK have modified the Value-Added Tax (VAT) – a tax on goods and services bought and delivered to the EU/UK countries. As a U.S. online retailer, we are now required to collect VAT fees, this VAT fee was previously collected when a parcel entered the EU/UK, typically with the buyer having to pay VAT to release the package from Customs. Because VAT rates are different for each EU country and UK based on the service and type of product being delivered along with changes to how Custom Declarations are now required, Ancient Elements will no longer service those countries that fall under the EU and UK.

Once through Customs, your order may be delivered to you directly or you may receive a notice to pay Custom taxes or pick up your package from a specified location.

I checked the tracking, and it appears my package is stuck in Customs. If there any way you to expedite it?

Unfortunately, the answer is no. Once a package is scanned delivered to customs, neither Ojibwa Tea of Life, the shipping/mailing company nor the receiver can contact Customs to expedite it for delivery. Please notify us IF your package has been in Customs for more than 10 business days so that we can monitor its process.

Can you mark my package as a "Gift" and/or indicate on the Customs Declaration/Manifest a lower invoice cost?

All International orders will be shipped as "Merchandise" and not as "Gifts" nor will invoice totals be altered for lesser amounts. You are responsible for paying applicable import taxes and/or VAT duties that are imposed by your country.

What will happen if I refused delivery?

If your order is refused upon delivery or unclaimed at your postal location and is returned to us, we will refund your money less shipping plus any return shipping charges/VAT/Customs tax. If your order is returned to us because of a mistake in the address that was entered by you, we will have to charge you for the reshipping charges (no mail receptacle, no apartment number, moved, etc.)
