Welcome to the new Ojibwa Tea of Life store!

new-cartIf you visit our online store at https://www.ojibwatea.com/shop, you’ll see that it looks a little different than it has in the past.

We’ve completely rebuilt our store from the ground up to provide you with a smoother overall experience!

Among the changes we’ve made are:

No Account Required

For the last few years, you’ve been required to create an account when you went to check out. That was a limitation of our cart at the time. Well, no more! Now you can check out without registering an account. If you want to create an account to save your shipping information for future orders or check the status of your current order, you may certainly still do that, but it’s no longer required.

Accounts created under the old shopping cart platform will not transfer to the new platform. You’ll have to create a new account, if you’d like to have one. It may be a minor inconvenience – and we apologize for that – but we believe the benefits of this new cart are worth it!

Streamlined Checkout

In addition to no longer requiring an account, our checkout process has been streamlined and simplified. Now instead of five pages (after logging in first), you can complete your checkout in two easy steps.

If It Fits, It Ships

Our new cart features improved accuracy in shipping calculations. We now ship via USPS Priority Mail flat rate boxes – if it fits it ships! Applies to both domestic and international orders.

Sort Products

You can now choose to sort products in our store by the parameter of your choice, including price and popularity.

Better Product Photographs

The photographs of our products are now available in larger sizes, and better quality than before. We’re still working on re-shooting some of our products, but over the next several weeks we’ll have bigger, better photos for all of our products.

Enjoy!

We think you’ll be pleased with our new cart. If you have any questions, concerns, or comments, please feel free to contact us at customercare -at- ojibwatea dot com.

We look forward to serving you for many years to come!
